In the News

Knox County Sheriff Don Henery completed the Trek up the Tower, a stair-climbing fitness event sponsored by WELLCOM, a non-profit company that provides Midwest employers of all sizes wellness programming.

Ivan Marsh, who holds the record for the fastest trek up the tower at 4 minutes and 15 seconds, was registered for this year's race but did not participate. Jason Larson, 35-year-old man from Minneapolis, recorded this year's fastest time at 4 minutes and 49 seconds.

Mark Block hopes to be one of the first in the stairwell and one of the last out at the Omaha event on Feb. 16. Trek Up the Tower is fundraiser
for Wellcom, nonprofit dedicated to worksite wellness.
